| 摘 要： | 我国借鉴了FIDIC土木施工合同条件有关规定 ,于 1999年 12月 2 4日重新修订了《建设施工合同 (示范文本 )》。新文本的内容和一些规定有所变动。建设施工的相关主体在订立施工合同时要充分注意示范文本的变动。

| Abstract: | Based on FIDIC conditions, China published on Dec.24,1999 the revised edition of the Standard Conditions of Contract.There are several changes in the revised edition as compared with the previous one. The parties of the construction contract should pay special attention to the changes when signing the construction contracts. |
