长寿命防倒灌隔水采油工艺技术研究与应用

摘    要:通过对原有隔水采油工艺存在隔采周期短、检泵时水层倒灌污染油层、多次隔采后坐封难度大等问题的分析,对井下工具进行优化组合,形成了长寿命防倒灌隔水采油技术系列,以适应不同井况的套损井。现场试验应用表明,长寿命防倒灌隔水采油工艺技术可达到一次坐封封隔器、多次检泵的目的,且有效延长了隔水采油周期,为类似套损井隔水采油提供了新的方法与思路。

Research and Application of a Long-life Anti-Flow Backward Impermeable Oil Production Technology

Abstract:Through the production of the original Riser exist at mining cycle short, when the seizure pump contaminated water flow backward reservoir, many times sitting at postharvest closure issues such as thedifficulties in the analysis of the downhole tools optimized combination and the formation of long-lived anti-encroachment Riser series production technology to adapt to different sets of the status of the wells damaged wells. Field test applications show that, long-life anti-encroachment Riser production technology can achieve a setting packer, and the purpose of repeatedly seized pump, and effective production cycle extended Riser for similar impermeable casing damage oil wells provide new methods and ideas.
