| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of short pier shear wall. Some suggestions about reinforcement mode are given in order to improve the ductility and aseismic performance of short pier shear wall. Finally, some personal opinions about problems occur in the application of Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3-2002) are put forward. |
