变频调速恒钻压自动送钻系统

针对手动送钻和电磁阀控制刹车恒钻压自动送钻的不足,开发了变频调速恒钻压自动送钻系统,该系统采用电动机反拖实现钻进时钻压恒定。在详细讨论送钻过程钻压变化简化数学模型的基础上,给出恒钻压自动送钻系统的数字模型。采用西门子变频器和变频电动机建立了变频调速恒钻压自动送钻系统的配置,现场实际调试达到了设计要求。

Automatic drill bit feeding system with variable-frequency drive and constant drilling pressure

There exist some shortcomings currently in the manual drill bit feeding and the automatic drill bit feeding with constant drilling pressure and the electromagnetic valve controlling the brake.Accordingly,an automatic drill bit feeding system with variable frequency and speed control and constant drilling pressure is developed.This system uses the reverse drag of electric motor to achieve the constant drilling pressure while penetrating.The numerical model of the automatic drill bit feeding system with constant drilling pressure is established on the basis of the in-depth discussion of the drilling pressure variation during the drill bit feeding and the simplification of the mathematical model.The configuration of the automatic system is realized by adopting the Siemens frequency converter and variable-frequency electric motor.The in-situ test meets the demand of the design.
