泄洪隧洞直墙混凝土施工和表面处理

摘    要:某泄洪隧洞为圆拱直墙式无压洞。隧洞边墙混凝土施工采用外撑轨道式钢模台车,混凝土运输使用南斯拉夫产AN3500型自动拌和车,配合NP-74BTS型混凝土泵入仓。施工中采取了减少降低坍落度、加强振捣等措施,防止混凝土表面产生气泡。对混凝土表面的施工缺陷使用环氧材料进行了处理。

Abstract:The transversal section of a free-flow discharge tunnel is of a vertical side wall with circular arch crown section. A trolley was used in concreting for the vertical wall. The sheet steel form on the trolley was braced by some exterior set bolts. The automatic agitating lorry (type AN3500) made in Yugoslavia and a concrete pump (type NP-74BTS) was used. For avoiding to come into being a blister in the surface course of the side wall, a series of preventive measures included to reduce slump and to increase vibrating was adopted. As well as the other surface defects were treated with an epikote material.
