摘    要:研究了在钢质管道表面采用氧气-石油天然气火焰熔覆玻璃涂层的工艺。试验表明,选择合适的预热温度,送粉量,保护及密着剂可以获得均匀,无裂纹,密着性良好的耐蚀喷瓷管道。.

Abstract:The technology is studied on steel pipeline surface by hot spraying with oxygen natural gas.The experimental results show that glass coatings can be obtained by means of selecting suitable preheat temperature,feed rate of glass powder,shieding gas and adhesive agent,it is even,no cracks and has good adherence with the base metal.
