摘    要:随着现代数据传输技术的发展,现已成功地实现了图像、声音信号的数 字化,以及对声像信号的处理和远距离传送。这一技术使得生产过程中增加了除传统“四遥 ”(遥测、遥信、遥控和遥调)之外的另一项功能——遥视。文中对棉花滩水电站的遥视安全 监控系统做了简要介绍。

Abstract:With the development of modern data transmission technology, the numeralization of image and audio signals, as well as the processing and long distance transmission of acoustic image signals are realized. Furthermore, the function of industrial television, besides for traditional remote measuring, remote communicating, remote controlling and remote adjusting is developed in the production process. The industrial television based watching system of the Mianhuatan hydropower plant is introduced briefly in this paper.
