| Abstract: | Much concern has been shown on "school-based management" in that it is a kind of idea and model of schooling management. In accordance with the practice of educational administration reform in some Chinese primary and high schools, the author probes into how to draw on the ideas and practice of "school-based management" from the administration system, running model and autonomous authority of the schools. |
