中国热处理的过去、现状和未来

摘    要:简要回顾了建国以来我国热处理工业生产、工艺及设备研究及专业技术人员的培养等方面从无到有的发展历程。简述了渗碳、真空热处理、激光和电子束热处理、离子热处理等热处理生产技术和设备、工艺材料的发展过程及现状,以及热处理标准化工作的进展。介绍了全国热处理学会、中国热处理行业协会和全国热处理标准化技术委员会等行业和学术团体的组织机构及其组织的一些重大活动。将我国热处理总体发展战略概括成①可持续发展,②产品质量的持续提高,③节约能源,④精确生产,⑤高效率等5个方面;指出我国热处理生产技术改造的方向为①少无污染,②少无畸变,③少无质量分散,④少无浪费,⑤少无氧化,⑥少无脱碳,⑦少无废品,⑧少无人工,我国热处理生产技术改造的途径为①设备更新,②知识和技能的再教育,③不断提高新技术开发能力。

Abstract:The achievements obtained on the originally blank foundation in such respects as industrial producation,research on technologies and equipments,cultivation of special technical personnel and so on concerning heat treatment since the founding of our people's Republic were briefly reviewed.The progress and the present situation of the production technologies for heat treatment,such as carburizing,vacuum heat treatment,laser and clectron beam heat treatment and ion heat treatment,the equipments and processing materials for heat treatment as well as the progress of standardizing heat treatment were all described.The organizational structures of Chinese Heat Treatment Society,Chinese Heat Treatment Association and National Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Commitee and some essential actvities organized by them were introduced.The overall development strategy of China's heat treatment is summarized as follow:1. endurable development;2. continued enhancement of products quality;3. energy saving ;4. exact production;5. efficient process technologies.It is stated that China's heat treatment technologies will be transformed towards such goals as:1. less or non-pollution;2.less or non-distortion;3. less or non-dispersity of quality;4. less or non-squander;5. less or non-oxidation;6.less or non-decarburigation;7. less or non-waster;8. less or non-manpower and through such ways as:1. renewal of equipments;2. reunewal of knowlodge and skill in production;3. uninlerrupted improvement on the abihity to develop up-to-date techniques.
