摘    要:电子背散射衍射EBSD是一种用来分析多晶材料显微结构、晶粒取向和微观织构的扫描电镜新技术。本文结合基本原理介绍了EBSD技术在取向硅钢研究中的作用。

Abstract:EBSD is a rather new and powerful technology in the scanning electron microscope.It provides information on crystal structure,orientation of the local crystalline regions and microtexture of polycrystalline materials.The fundamentals of the EBSD are described in the paper.It is presented that EBSD is a valuable supplement for oriented electrical steel research.
