Ho:YAG激光治疗宫颈疾病的疗效观察

目的:本文介绍运用Ho:YAG激光治疗宫颈糜烂、宫颈息肉及宫颈尖锐湿疣的方法及疗效观察。方法:运用Ho:YAG激光治疗宫颈糜烂743例,其中轻度429例,中度263例,重度51例;宫颈息肉21例,采用峰值能量0.8-1.0J,频率10-12Hz;宫颈湿疣97例(包括妊娠合并宫颈湿疣23例),采用峰值能量0.5-0.8J,频率5-15Hz。结果:429例轻度宫颈糜烂及21例宫颈息肉均达到一次治疗后痊愈,一次治愈率为100%;263例中度宫颈糜烂中251例经一次治疗后痊愈,其余病例两次治疗后痊愈,一次治愈率为95.4%,两次治愈率为100%;51例重度宫颈糜烂中43例经一次治疗后痊愈,6例两次治疗后痊愈,2例两次治疗后基本痊愈,一次治愈率为84.3%,两次治愈率为96.1%。97例宫颈湿疣中64例经一次治疗后未复发,其余均有复发,妊娠合并宫颈湿疣者复发频率高,但均未出现大量出血、流产、早产等并发症。结论:运用Ho:YAG激光治疗上述宫颈疾病,治疗效果好、患者痛苦小,是一种操作简便、患者乐于接受的好方法。值得临床推广。

Treatment of Cervical Diseases with Ho:YAG Laser

Objective: To observe and study the technique in treatment of some cervical diseases(cervical erosion,cervical polyp and cervical condyloma) with Ho:YAG laser and evaluate the effective rate.Methods: 743 patients suffered cervical erosion and 21 patients suffered cervical polyp were treated with Ho:YAG laser(pulse energy:0.8-1.0J,frequency:10-12Hz).97 patients suffered cervical condyloma(23 among them with pregnancy)were treated with Ho:YAG laser(pulse energy:0.5-0.8J,frequency:5-15Hz).Results: The effective rate was 100% after one treatment in all the patients suffered mild cervical erosion and cervical polyp.The effective rate was 95.4% after one treatment in all the patients suffered moderate cervical erosion and it reached to 100% after two treatments.The effective rate was 84.3% after one treatment in all the patients suffered severe cervical erosion and it reached to 96.1% after two treatments.High recurrence rate occurred in patients suffered cervical condyloma especially in those with pregnancy,but no abortion occurred.Conclusions: The technique in treatment of cervical diseases with Ho:YAG laser is effective,safe and easy to operate.
