扣式锂-二氧化锰电池的技术进步

摘    要:阐述了我国扣式锂-二氧化锰电池在防漏性能、放电性能、生产设备等方面的技术进步;分析了电解液和正极配方对电池放电性能的影响。初步探讨了扣式锂-二氧锰电池的正极材料电解二氧化锰经热处理转型后的性能。指出扣式锂电池应向进一步提高锂-二氧化锰电池技术、质量和研发可充电扣式锂电池方向发展。

Abstract:The technical progress of lithium-manganese dioxide button cells in leakage-proof,discharge performance,production equipments and so on,was discussed.The influences of electrolyte and positive formula composition on the discharge performance of batteries were analyzed.The property of EMD for lithium manganese button cells after thermal treatment was discussed.It was pointed out that the development trend was directing toward improving the technical quality of lithium-manganese dioxide button cells and researching rechargeable lithium-manganese dioxide button cells.
