| 摘 要： | 阐述了建筑能源审计在北京某体育用品运营中心的应用,根据历史能耗数据分析了该运营中心的节能潜力,分别从改善围护结构性能,优化系统形式,提升室内空气质量等方面提出了能源解决方案,并针对每种节能解决方案进行了节能量计算,为该项目采取合同能源管理模式进行节能改造提供了有力的技术支持.
