摘    要:结合国华宁东1177 t/h循环流化床锅炉结构和燃烧特点,分析了锅炉主保护逻辑,并与煤粉锅炉进行比较,指出循环流化床锅炉主燃料切除触发条件中没有全炉膛火焰丧失,并增加了一次风量低于临界流化风量和床温高或低保护.

Abstract:Based on the structure and combustion features of a 1 177 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Guohua Ningdong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,an analysis was performed to the protection control logic of its main fuel trip(MFT),while a comparison made between circulating fluidized bed boiler and conventional coal-fired boiler.In the MFT protection control logic,there are various protections provided,such as the loss of all flame,primary air flow less than minimum fluidization air flow and high or low bed temperature.
