中型电机不锈钢护环与碳钢辐板焊接工艺研究

摘    要:电机转轴辐板与奥氏体不锈钢护环截面大、焊接应力大,同时奥氏体不锈钢与碳钢为异种材料,物理性能有较大差异,焊缝易出现淬硬组织,因此在实际焊接过程中易出现开裂现象。针对两种材料采用不同焊接材料及不同的焊接工艺进行研究,并对焊接接头的性能进行测试,结合实际情况,总结出切实可行的焊接工艺。

Abstract:The supporting plate and austenite stainless steel retaining ring of motor shaft have the features of large cross-sectional area and welding stress,austenite stainless steel and carbon steel are different materials,so physical properties of them are quite different.The weld joints are easy of generating the hard quenching structure,and thus,the cracking phenomenon is easy of appearance in actual welding process.In this paper,the two kinds of materials with different welding materials and welding techniques are researched,and the property of welding connections are tested.The practicable welding process is summarized in combination with actual condition.
