基于ANSYS的电机上离心式风扇的强度计算

摘    要:离心式风扇是电机上的旋转部件,应具有足够的强度和刚度,以保证电机运行的安全可靠.采用ANSYS有限元计算软件,对电机上使用的离心式风扇进行了强度分析.并将计算结果与传统的材料力学计算方法进行对比,证明了ANSYS计算方法的正确性.

Abstract:The centrifugal fan is a rotating part in motor,and it should have sufficient strength and stiffness to guarantee safety and reliability of the running motor.In this paper,the strength of centrifugal fan in motor is analyzed by finite element analysis software of ANSYS.Based on the comparison between calculation results and traditional calculation method of material mechanics,the correctness of ANSYS method is proved.
