稀土与硼对铜净化效果的比较

摘    要:稀土和硼都是很好的铜液净化剂 ,在同样的试验条件下 ,净化效果的对比表明 ,稀土具有比硼更好的净化能力。使用RE =0 15 %合金液量净化后的铜试样 ,抗拉强度达到了 190 2MPa ,伸长率达到了 40 4% ,均明显高于使用硼净化后的铜试样。分析了稀土净化效果好的原因和净化机理

Abstract:Both rare earth and boron are good purificants of copper. Some experiments were taken to compare the refining effects of them under same conditions. The results indicated that rare earth has greater ability on copper refining than boron. The tensile strength and elongation of the samples refined by 0 15%rare earth reached 190 2MPa and 40 4% respectively, and both are obviously better than those of the samples refined by boron. The reason of better refining effect and the refining mechanism of rare earth on copper are also discussed.
