摘    要:表面织构是在摩擦面上加工出具有一定尺寸和排列的凹坑或微小沟槽的点阵,可有效改善表面摩擦学性能。本文介绍了表面织构的几何参数和加工方法,总结了表面织构技术在机械部件、材料加工、磁存储设备、摩擦制动等方面的研究进展,展望了未来表面织构技术可能的发展方向。

Abstract:Surface texturing has generate controlled optimal shapes and locations of micro-dimples, that could improve the overall tribological performance. The geometrical parameters and techniques of surface texture were introduced. The applications of surface texturing like mechanical parts, material processing, magnetic storage and friction braking were reviewed. Some potential researches on surface texturing were put forward.
