摘    要:轮机叶片根部结构复杂、定位精度要求高.传统的机械加工工艺繁杂,效率较低,刀具损耗大,成本高,加工难度很大.通过技术改造,设计选择专用的加工刀具,编制全新加工工艺,一举解决了这个加工难题.实际加工发现,采用新工艺后生产效率大幅度提高,加工时间大大缩短,成本降低,零件加工质量稳定.取得了良好的生产效益.

Abstract:Due to complex structure of turbine blade root and demand of high precision positioning, conventional machining process is complicated and very difficult. Less efficient, tool consumption and high cost has been. Through technological innovation, special cutting tools and a new processing technology is designed. This produces a substantial increase of production efficiency in the actual processing. In the meantime, processing time shortened, cost reduction, quality of part machining stability and good production efficiency is achieved.
