摘    要:通过建立高速铣削试验台获取高速铣削声音信号,并对数据进行分析,发现切削过程声音信号的幅频域特性与其稳定性有着紧密的联系.该试验为利用声音信号判断切削颤振提供了事实依据,并为切削颤振控制打下了试验基础.

Abstract:Sound signals were obtained by machining work pieces on an experimental setup. By analyzing the sound signals we found that there are close relationships between the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the sound signals and the stability of high-speed machining. The experiment provides a basis for using machining sound signals analysis to judge the chatter' s happening. It also helps for chatter controlling researches.
