| 摘 要： | 中小软件企业的发展与壮大对我国信息产业的发展起到了至关重要的作用,而对于中小软件企业来说,找到适合企业发展特点的管理方式是左右企业发展的关键因素之一。本文首先讨论了加强软件企业管理的意义;其次,对目前中小软件企业管理中存在的问题进行了简单的描述与分析,最后,针对这些问题提出了管理的对策与方法。

| Abstract: | Development of small and medium-sized software enterprises in China played a crucial role in the development of information industry,and these developments mainly depend on the proper management.This paper attempts to discuss the significance of strengthening software enterprises’ management.The problems in the management of small and medium-sized software enterprises are also being reviewed and analyzed.Moreover,some methods and directions in the management are proposed. |
