摘    要:文章根据王庄煤矿现有通风和主要巷道的粉尘测试结果,基于气动雾化粉尘治理原理,对相应的气动雾化降尘参数进行选择,制定相应的气动喷雾方案。通过实测,设计方案的降尘率均达到了90%以上。研究目的旨在为提升矿井粉尘治理效果、控制井下作业环境的粉尘浓度提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the dust test results of the existing ventilation and main roadways of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,and based on the principle of pneumatic atomization dust control,this paper selects the corresponding pneumatic atomization dust reduction parameters and formulates the corresponding pneumatic spray plan.Through actual measurement,the effect of dust treatment was analyzed,and the results showed that the dust reduction rate of the design schemes reached more than 90%.The purpose of the research is to provide a reference for technical methods to improve the effect of mine dust control and control the dust concentration in the mine operating environment.
