摘    要:采用废弃针织桑蚕丝织物,将其回收、溶解、提纯制备出再生丝素,并作为添加剂应用于纺丝溶液中,利用静电纺丝技术制备出一种抗菌纳米纤维膜。通过对丝素加入比例探究得到最佳的工艺参数,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试分析了所制备的复合纳米纤维膜的物理化学性能。该纤维膜应用于抗菌测试,达到了预期的效果,抑菌率达93.53%,抗菌率达47.62%。通过静电喷涂可直接将纳米纤维膜与涤纶导电织物和普通涤纶织物结合,实现了在纺织品上的初步应用。

Abstract:Regenerated silk fibroin was prepared by recycling,dissolving and purifying waste knitted mulberry silk fabrics,which was used as an additive in spinning solution,and an antimicrobial nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology.The optimum process parameters were obtained by exploring the proportion of silk fibroin,and the physical and chemical properties of the prepared composite nanofiber films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The fiber membrane was used in antibacterial testing and achieved the expected results,with an antibacterial rate of 93.53%and an antibacterial rate of 47.62%.The nanofiber membrane can be directly combined with polyester conductive cloth and ordinary polyester fabric by electrostatic spraying,thus realizing the initial application in textiles.
