摘    要:针对现有催化裂化油浆脱固技术存在的易堵塞、运行时间短的问题,开发了一种高效的组合油浆脱固技术:采用一级预涂过滤解决油浆内胶团堵塞滤管问题,二级旋错流精滤保证滤后油浆固含量达标。建设了一套处理规模为1 m 3/h的撬装式工业侧线试验装置,对某炼油厂的催化裂化油浆进行脱固处理。通过近3个月的工业侧线试验,结果表明,采用该组合过滤技术后,滤后油浆平均固含量为48μg/g,平均固体脱除率达到98.6%,实现油浆回收率99.03%。在实现油浆脱固的同时,能够减少过滤管内堵塞,延长油浆过滤装置的运行时间。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of easy blockage and short operation time in existing FCC slurry filtration technology,an efficient combined slurry filtration technology is developed.One stage precoat filtration is used to solve the problem of blockage filter tube by micelles in the slurry,and the second rotary cross flow fine filtration is adopted to ensure that the solid content of the filtered slurry reached the standard.A removable industrial side line test device with a processing capacity of 1 m 3/h is built to filter the catalytic oil slurry of a refinery.The industrial side line test results after nearly three months show that the combined filtration technology can achieve an average solid content of the filtered slurry 48μg/g and an average solid removal rate of 98.6%,and the oil slurry recovery rate of 99.03%.On the premise of achieving the slurry desolidated,it can effectively reduce the blockage in the filter tube and prolong the operation time of the slurry filtration device.
