羊毛/双抗涤纶纤维混纺纱生产实践

摘    要:针对羊毛与涤纶纤维混纺织物易起毛起球和起静电问题,选择强力相对较低且具有良好抗静电性的羊毛与双抗涤纶进行混纺,通过优化改进羊毛与双抗涤纶纤维条染复精梳的染色工艺、复洗工艺及混纺工艺,实现了双抗涤纶纤维和羊毛条染色均匀,降低了双抗涤纶纤维染色残留低聚物,改善了羊毛/双抗涤纶纤维混纺过程中的飞毛绕毛现象,既解决了羊毛/涤纶纤维混纺织物的起毛起球和起静电现象,又不会因纤维强力过低而影响纺纱和织造生产,拓展了双抗涤纶在精纺毛织物产品开发中的应用。

Abstract:To solve the problems of easy pilling and static electricity of wool and ordinary polyester blended fabrics,double-resistant polyester and wool with relatively low strength and good antistatic properties were selected for blending and spinning.The results show that the wool and double-resistant polyester dyeing and recombing dyeing process,over washing process and blended spinning process were optimized,double dyeing of polyester and wool strips were achieved,the dyeing residual oligomers of double resistant polyester was reduced,and the phenomenon of fly spinning around blended yarns was improved.Therefore,not only the problem of pilling and static electricity of the fabric is solved,but also the spinning and weaving production due to the low strength of the fiber is not affected,and the development and application of double-resistant polyester in worsted woolen products is expanded.
