郭庄矿松软煤层螺旋钻杆钻进技术及压力特征显现研究

为解决松软煤层螺旋钻杆在施工及验收过程中存在的钻进困难、验收误差大、人力物力消耗大等问题,根据郭庄矿工作面的现有情况,通过分析郭庄矿工作面螺旋钻杆施工工艺,采取了ZDY4200LP钻机和KGY8-2型压力传感器,从而对钻杆钻进和退钻过程中的压力进行监控,利用软件自动计算钻杆深度,进行误差测算,实时监控钻杆所受压力的曲线特征。提取压力曲线监测数据,分析退钻过程压力特征,从而确定退钻杆数量,确定钻孔进尺,为钻孔安全高效施工提供可靠依据。

Study on Drilling Technology and Pressure Characteristics of Spiral Drill Pipe in Soft Coal Seam of Guozhuang Coal Mine

In order to solve the problems of drilling difficulties in the construction and acceptance of soft coal seam spiral drill pipes,large acceptance errors,large manpower and material resources any other issues,according to the current situation of the Guozhuang Coal Mine's working face,through analysis of the Guozhuang Coal Mine's working face spiral drill pipe construction technology adopts ZDY4200LP drilling rig and KGY8-2 pressure sensor to monitor the pressure during drilling and retreating of the drill pipe,so as to use the software to automatically calculate the depth of the drill pipe,perform error calculations,and monitor the drill pipe in real time.The characteristics of the pressure curve.Analyze the pressure curve monitoring data,extract the pressure characteristics of the drill back process,determine the number of drill rods back,determine the drilling footage,and provide a reliable basis for safe and efficient drilling.
