摘    要:将器外预硫化技术应用于Ⅱ类活性中心催化剂中,通过试验确定了双技术耦合过程中存在的问题:在提温过程中存在160℃以及180℃的放热集中现象。提出了在低压条件下增设100,120,140℃的恒温过程以及在130℃条件下的升压过程,该“双恒”技术降低了工业应用时可能出现的风险。工业应用结果表明:对于要求在较高温度下进行高压提升操作的加氢裂化装置,在保证催化剂床层温度平稳的前提下,在系统压力为4.8 MPa时增加不同的恒温段,满足了升压过程中反应器器壁温度不低于120℃的要求,然后在130℃恒温条件下逐级升压,实现了装置的气密及催化剂的活化,彻底解决了开工过程热量叠加的问题,消除了安全隐患。

Abstract:The ex-situ presulfiding technology is applied to the typeⅡactive center catalyst,and the problems in the coupling process of the two technologies are determined through the experimental process.There are 160℃and 180℃exothermic concentration phenomenon in the process of temperature rising.It is proposed to add 100,120,140℃constant temperature process under low pressure condition and pressure rise process under 130℃.The“double constant”technology reduces the possible risks in industrial application.The results of commercial application show that for the hydrocracking unit which requiring high-pressure lifting operation at a higher temperature,different constant temperature sections are added when the system pressure is 4.8 MPa on the premise that the catalyst bed temperature is stable,which meet the requirement that the wall temperature is not less than 120℃.The step-by-step boosting pressure can be carried out under the constant temperature of 130℃.The air tightness of the device and activation of the catalyst is realized.The problem of heat superposition in the start-up process is thoroughly solved.The potential safety hazard is eliminated.
