摘    要:以某110 kV变电站的10 kV断路器在安装调试时多次发生合闸线圈烧毁的情况为例,指出问题在于断路器内机构机械配合存在卡涩情况,导致合闸线圈得电后断路器未能合闸,从而烧毁合闸线圈.在分析合闸线圈烧毁原因基础上提出了整改方案.

Abstract:Taking 10 kV circuit breaker of a 110 kV substation as an example,the burning of the closing coil occurred many times during installation and debugging.It is pointed out that the problem is that the internal mechanism and mechanical coordination of the circuit breaker is not smooth,which leads to the failure of the circuit breaker to close after the closing coil is energized,thus burning the closing coil.Based on this analysis of the cause of the closing coil burning,a rectification scheme is put forward.
