小纪汗煤矿中厚煤层接续工作面支架选型研究

摘    要:根据小纪汗煤矿中厚煤层接续工作面煤层赋存条件,确定未来接续工作面开采较薄煤层区域。通过分析支架选型的基本原则和要求,确定选用两柱式综采支架、整体顶梁结构,支架中心距为1.75m。通过进行理论分析、类比分析、数值模拟分析,确定了支架支护强度不低于1.0MPa,结合支架尺寸结构,计算得到支架工作阻力不应小于8487.5kN。根据综合采高和现有型号,确定选用ZY11000/15/30D型较薄煤层综采掩护式液压支架。通过在小纪汗煤矿11203综采工作面进行矿压现场实测,得到工作面初次来压步距54m,周期来压步距平均16m,周期来压期间支架压力最大达到10794.7kN。实测表明,研究确定的支架支护强度和支架选型是合理的。研究为煤矿安全高效开采提供了保障。

Abstract:According to the coal seam occurrence conditions of the continuous working face of the medium-thick seam in Xiaojihan Coal Mine,it was determined that the thinner coal seam area of the continuous working face would be mined in the future.By analyzing the basic principles and requirements of support selection,it was determined that the two-pillar fully-mechanized support and the overall roof beam structure should be selected,and the center distance of the support was 1.75 m.Through theoretical analysis,analogy analysis and numerical simulation analysis,it was determined that the support strength of the support should not be less than 1.0 MPa,and the work resistance of the support should not be less than 8487.5 kN in combination with the size and structure of the support.According to the comprehensive mining height and the existing model,the ZY11000/15/30D type thin coal seam fully-mechanized mining shield hydraulic support was determined to be selected.Through on-site measurement of rock pressure at the 11203 fully-mechanized mining face of Xiaojihan Coal Mine,the initial pressure step distance of the working face was 54 m,and the average periodic pressure step distance was 16 m.The maximum support pressure during the cycle pressure period was 10794.7 kN.The actual measurement showed that the support strength and the type selection of the support determined by the research were reasonable.The research provided a guarantee for safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
