高水充填技术在工作面过空巷中的应用

摘    要:为保障王庄煤业3505工作面安全顺利通过空巷,结合现场实际情况选择了高水充填技术,确定了充填材料配比、充填工艺流程,并设计了分段式充填方案,现场应用表明,工作面过空巷期间,仅在距离空巷前后20 m范围内压力出现了增高现象,但是并未对正常生产造成影响,证明采用高水充填技术在工作面过空巷实践中效果较好,可以有效保障矿井安全生产。

Abstract:In order to ensure the security of Wangzhuang Mining 3505 face smoothly through the alley,combined the actual situation to choose the high water filling technology,determine the ratio of filling materials,filling process,and designed a sectional filling scheme,field application shows that during the period of working face through alley,only 20 m within the scope of the pressure before and after in the alley to appear the phenomenon of increased,but did not affect the normal production,prove the high water filling technology in working face through alley practice effect is good,can effectively guarantee the mine safety production.
