摘    要:为解决冲击地压矿井综采面过平行大断面空巷期间顶板不易控制的难题,采用方案对比、理论计算及工业试验相结合的方法,对空巷围岩控制问题进行研究,介绍了易于安装及截割的高强度泵送充填立柱的支护参数设计及应用情况,提出了内部补强支护为基、外部加固支护为主、爆破断顶护巷为辅的综合技术方案。现场应用效果表明:爆破断顶护巷技术能够有效减低悬顶长度,防止顶板大面积来压诱发冲击地压;“内部补强+外部加固”支护技术安全可靠、经济合理,确保了大断面空巷围岩稳定,为工作面安全顺利分段通过平行空巷奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the roof is not easy to control when the fully-mechanized mining face passes through the parallel large-section roadway in a rockburst mine,the method of combining scheme comparison,theoretical calculation and industrial testing was used to study the surrounding rock control problems of the empty roadway,and easy installation was introduced.The design and application of the supporting parameters of the cutting and high-strength pumping-filling columns had put forward a comprehensive technical plan with internal reinforcement and support as the base,external reinforcement and support as the mainstay,and blasting broken roof as the supplement.The field application results showed that the technology of blasting broken roof could effectively reduce the length of the suspended roof and prevent the large area of the roof from inducing rock burst;the"internal reinforcement+external reinforcement"support technology was safe,reliable,economical and reasonable,ensuring a large section.The surrounding rock of the empty roadway was stable,laying the foundation for the safe and smooth section of the working face through the parallel empty roadway.
