摘    要:为研究膏体充填开采对上覆岩层移动控制作用及地表沉陷影响,以某矿建筑物下固体废弃物充填采煤项目为工程背景,针对充填开采3个主要参数:充填体强度、充填率和压实率,充填效果评判标准选取地表最大下沉值和水平变形极值,利用FLAC数值模拟软件,采用控制变量的方法,研究了各参数对上覆岩层移动的影响。研究结果表明,为保证充填效果,充填体强度应不小于1.5 MPa,充填率不小于85%,压实率控制在20%以内。研究可为煤矿开采中膏体充填成巷技术的现场利用提供理论参考。

Abstract:In order to study the control effect of paste filling mining on overlying strata movement and surface subsidence,taking the solid waste filling mining project under a mine building as the engineering background,aiming at the three main parameters of filling mining:filling body strength,filling rate and compaction rate,the maximum surface subsidence value and horizontal deformation extreme value were selected as the evaluation criteria of filling effect.By using FLAC numerical simulation software,the influence of parameters on overlying strata movement was studied by controlling variable method.The results showed that in order to ensure the filling effect,the strength of the filling body should not be less than 1.5 MPa,the filling rate should not be less than 85%,and the compaction rate should be controlled within 20%.The research can provide a theoretical reference for the field application of paste filling roadway technology in coal mining.
