晋城矿区郑庄深部煤层L型水平井增产改造技术

摘    要:晋城矿区郑庄区块常规直井煤层气产量低,开发效果差。为有效改善该区块煤层气的开发现状,提高煤层气井产量,采用理论分析与现场试验相结合的方法,在充分利用老井压裂影响范围的基础上,提出了L型水平井串联压裂增透改造技术,并形成了集井位布设、射孔压裂段优选、连续油管分段压裂改造于一体的L型水平井高效开发方法与技术。经现场试验,L型水平井串联压裂增透改造技术取得了良好的增产改造效果,L型水平井产气量是本区块常规直井平均产量的近30倍。研究结果为晋城矿区深部区块的煤层气高效开发与老井改造提供了依据和指导。

Abstract:The conventional vertical wells in Zhengzhuang Block of Jincheng Mining Area have low CBM production and poor development effect.In order to effectively improve the current situation of CBM development and increase CBM well production in this area,the method of combining theoretical analysis with field test is adopted on the basis of fully utilizing the influence range of fracturing in old wells,this paper puts forward the technology of increasing permeability in series fracturing of L-type horizontal well,and forms the high efficient development method and technology of L-type horizontal well,which integrates well location,perforation fracturing section optimization and subsection fracturing of coiled tubing.Through field test,the stimulation technology of series fracturing and permeability increasing of L-type horizontal wells has achieved good stimulation effect.The gas production of L-type horizontal wells is nearly 30 times of the average production of conventional vertical wells in this block.The research results provide basis and guidance for efficient development of coalbed methane and reconstruction of old wells in deep blocks of Jincheng Mining Area.
