采煤工作面综合防尘技术应用

煤矿采煤工作面生产时矿尘浓度较大,既容易使现场职工患硅肺病,也容易引发煤尘爆炸,为此,正利煤矿研究应用了采煤机喷雾、支架喷雾、负压诱导除尘、高效降尘剂、工作面自动喷雾、矿尘浓度检测仪器、新型矿用干式矿尘降尘装备等综合防尘技术。实际使用结果表明上述综合防尘技术的应用,使得采煤工作面的矿尘浓度降低了90%以上,防尘效果明显,促进了矿井防尘工作的开展。

Application of comprehensive dust control technology in coal face

When coal mining face is produced,the concentration of coal dust is large.It is easy for workers to suffer from pneumoconiosis and easily cause coal dust explosions.For this purpose,the comprehensive dust control technology of shearer coal mine is researched and applied,such as shearer spray,bracket spray,negative pressure induced dust removal,high efficiency dust reduction agent,automatic spray of working face,dust concentration detecting instrument,and new dry type mine dust and dust control equipment.The practical application results showed that the application of the above comprehensive dust prevention technology can reduce the dust concentration of the coal mining face by more than 90%,and the dust prevention effect is obvious,which promotes the development of the mine dust prevention work.
