摘    要:为提高加热炉热效率及整体运行水平,采取3个阶段性调整操作,调整炉膛氧体积分数在0.5%~2.0%,烟气CO质量分数不大于50μg/g,排烟温度降至123℃,加热炉平均热效率达92.8%以上。停工检修期间对余热回收炉炉管进行检修改造,提高了烟气换热效率和配风温度,提高了加热炉热效率。对装置燃料气消耗、低低压蒸汽产量、工艺防腐进行经济衡算,燃料气消耗降低8%~10%,低低压蒸汽产量上升10%~12%,工艺防腐方面炉管使用寿命提高1.5~2.0倍。

Abstract:In order to improve the heating furnace thermal efficiency and the overall operation level, three stage adjustment operations are adopted. The excess air coefficient of the furnace is adjusted to be 1.02%~1.10%, the mass fraction of CO in flue gas is not more than 50 μg/g, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 123 ℃, and the average thermal efficiency of the furnace is more than 92.8%.During the shutdown and maintenance of the unit, the waste heat recovery furnace tube is inspected and modified to improve the flue gas heat exchange efficiency and air distribution temperature, improve the heating furnace thermal efficiency. The fuel gas consumption, low and low pressure steam output and process anticorrosion of the unit are calculated economically.It is found that the fuel gas consumption is reduced by 8%~10%, the low and low pressure steam production increases by 10%~12%, and the life of the furnace tube is increased by 1.5~2.0 times in terms of process corrosion protection.
