煤矿机电设备安装与维护管理研究

在经济高速运行的背景下,煤炭资源需求量大,为煤矿企业带来发展机遇,同时对煤矿机械化程度提出更高要求。随着开采规模不断扩大,煤矿机械化程度显著提高,加之恶劣生产条件及经营压力,煤矿机电设备安装及运行过程中故障率居高不下。研究表明,煤矿机电设备安装及后续维护管理尚存巨大提升空间,在很大程度上给我国煤矿高效开采及安全生产带来隐患。

Research on installation and maintenance management of coal mine electromechanical equipment

Under the background of high-speed economic operation,the demand for coal resources is large,which brings development opportunities for coal mine enterprises,and at the same time puts forward higher requirements for the degree of coal mine mechanization.With the continuous expansion of mining scale,the degree of coal mine mechanization has increased significantly,coupled with poor production conditions and operating pressure,the failure rate of coal mine electromechanical equipment installation and operation remains high.Studies had shown that there was still huge room for improvement in the installation of electromechanical equipment and subsequent maintenance and management of coal mines,which to a large extent brought hidden dangers to the efficient mining and safety of coal mines in my country.
