虚拟制造在服装生产系统上的应用

针对虚拟制造技术在服装生产上的应用问题,设计了服装虚拟生产系统。通过搭建系统数字化体系结构、开发虚拟制造核心建模技术来分析服装虚拟生产系统的建立。采用IWATA技术架构实现了服装虚拟生产系统的处理模块集成与协同管理目的。针对服装虚拟生产系统体系结构中数据库建立、数据的导入,以及虚拟制造建模技术等系统构造中存在的核心问题提出了对应的解决途径,完善了搭建服装虚拟生产系统的体系方法,对虚拟制造技术与服装生产系统的协同有一定参考意义。

Application of virtual manufacturing in garment production system

Aiming at the application of virtual manufacturing technology in clothing production,a clothing virtual production system was designed.By building the digital architecture of the system and developing the core modeling technology of virtual manufacturing,the establishment process of virtual production system of clothing has been analyzed.The IWATA framework was used to realize the integration of processing modules and collaborative management of garment virtual production system.Focus on core matters in the structure of the systems,for instance,database establishment,data import and modeling technology of virtual manufacturing,the corresponding solutions were proposed.The method of building garment virtual production system was improved,which has certain value for the cooperation of virtual manufacturing technology and garment production system.
