坚硬顶板定向高压水力致裂防冲护巷技术应用

摘    要:定向高压水力致裂是一项防治坚硬顶板型冲击地压的新技术,基于张双楼煤矿93604工作面地质条件,研究了定向水力致裂防冲与护巷机理,通过现场试验,得到了张双楼煤矿定向水力致裂的技术参数。现场试验表明,定向水力致裂割缝时间小于10 min,致裂半径不小于10 m,裂纹扩展5 m所需时间不超过3 min,扩展10 m所需时间小于10 min。该技术在93604工作面应用后,有效减小了悬顶长度,实现了迎采巷道防冲与巷道保护的目的。

Abstract:Directional high-pressure hydraulic fracturing is a new technology to prevent hard roof rock burst.Based on the geological conditions of 93604 working face in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,the mechanism of directional hydraulic fracturing and roadway protection was studied.Through field test,the technical parameters of directional hydraulic fracturing in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine were obtained.The field test showed that the cutting time of directional hydraulic fracturing was less than 10 min,the crack radius was not less than 10 m,and the crack propagation time of 5 m was not more than 3 min,and the crack propagation time of 10 m was less than 10 min.After the application of the technology in 93604 working face,the length of the hanging roof was effectively reduced,and the purpose of anti scour and roadway protection was realized.
