| 摘 要： | 本文使用XML语言和加解密技术提出了一种基于分布式网络的文档安全管理系统，它通过网络管理重要文档的使用权限和放发许可证制度实现对重要电子文档的保护。与目前使用的电子文档安全管理系统相比较，本系统具有良好的安全性、扩展性和易用性。

It protects important documents by managing document＇ s using right and permits. Comparing to currently document security management systems, this system has good security, scalability and ease of use. |
