| Abstract: | During the production preparation period in thermal power plant,the technical requirements are closely interconnected with the job objectives of every phase,therefore,the ideas of staffs′ training for production preparation ought to closely follow-up the progress of project and seek to ″ensuring to put training in the place by means of responsibility system,ensuring to complete training by means of appraisal system″. |
