| 摘 要： | 在水利水电工程中，水平建基面的开挖既严格又繁琐，为研究一种施工相对简单同时又满足规范要求的开挖方法，根据环向聚能药包的作用原理，研究了影响聚能药包破岩效果的因素，在此基础上研制出了切割型和射孔型两种不同环向聚能药包，并进行了现场应用试验。
