摘    要:针对涡轴转子联接螺栓的蠕变应变及蠕变寿命问题展开了讨论。建立了简化螺栓连接的二维轴对称有限元模型,选择工程上常用的Norton蠕变本构模型,分析计算了该联接螺栓在不同应力水平、不同温度、不同工作时间的蠕变应变。采用蠕变应变极限法和蠕变持久强度寿命法对联接螺栓在工作温度为300℃时的蠕变寿命进行了估算,并分析了联接螺栓因蠕变应变引起轴向变形对预紧力大小的影响。

Abstract:The creep life of the connecting bolts was investigated in this paper.A two-dimensional axial symmetry model of the connecting bolt in the turboprop engine was build and calculated by commercial FEM software.The Norton creep model which is widely used is adopted.The bolt creep strain at different stress levels,under different temperatures,for different operating hours is analyzed.The creep strain and the creep lasting strength life at 300 ℃ were calculated to estimate the creep life of the connecting bolt.The affection of axial deformation caused by bolt creep on preload is analyzed.
