近场光镊中纳米小孔衍射强度分析

摘    要:近场光镊突破了传统远场光学的衍射极限,能够对纳米微粒进行近场光学捕获,目前常把亚波长尺寸的小孔作为近场光镊中常用的金属膜光纤探针的简化模型,通过对入射光透过纳米小孔后场强分布特性的研究,能更深地理解和分析探针在近场操作中的作用.本文导出了用于分析纳米小孔光场衍射强度的夫朗和费衍射公式,研究了无限大理想导体屏上纳米小孔的场强分布.计算结果表明,入射光从小孔出射后出现了衰减,四个象限内场强分布函数不全为零,中心呈现了一定的场增强,且小孔形状和尺寸对场分布有很大影响,随孔径变大衍射光强相应增大,但出射边界随之变小.

Abstract:Recently sub-wavelength aperture is often regarded as the simplified model of metal-coated fiber probe used in near field optical tweezers.The study on the diffraction properties after passing through nanoaperture can forward understand the role of probe in near field manipulation.The generalization of Kirchhoff's diffraction theory for the case of diffraction by the nanoaperture in near filed optical tweezers probe is proposed.The analytical expressions are found for the electromagnetic diffraction field f...
