摘    要:针对目前的大部分视频监控系统都是基于图像检测的静态或动态监控,提出了在智能视频监控系统中应用声源定位和摄像头动态采集进行联合判决的方案。系统采用麦克风阵列对声源进行定位,然后驱动摄像头转动到声源位置监控,通过图像分析给出报警动作。实验结果表明,该系统在低噪声干扰的实验环境下,能实现对声源的有效定位,并进行异常情况报警。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that most of video monitoring systems are static or dynamic track based on video detection, a new way by combinatin of sound source localization and dynamic monitor of camera is proposed in intelligent video monitoring system.The microphone array is used to locate speech signals,then the CCD camera is drived to monitor sound source position and alarm is executed by video detection.Finally,the experimental result indicates that the system can achieve the goal of sound source localizatin and alarm at abnormal condition under a low-niose environment.
