国外用电潜泵开采稠油的试验评价

摘    要:目前,稠油或特稠油一般采用热力及有杆泵进行开采,这种生产方式效率低、能源消耗大,且设备运行寿命短。该文介绍委内瑞拉OrinocoBelt和Boscan两油田采用电潜泵开采稠油的现场试验情况,并对通过改变电源的频率和注入降粘剂,使原油产量增加的试验结果进行了评估,证明该方法在技术上是成功的,可供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:At present, heavy oil or extra heavy oil is produced by means of thermal oil recovery or rod pumping, which are low efficient, energy consuming and short in production life. This paper presents the field test results of the heavy oil production by means of electric submersible pumps in two oil fields of Orinoco Belt and Boscan, Venezuela. It also evaluates the test results of increasing oil production rate by changing the frequency of electric power and injecting viscosity-reducing agent. This method is proved to be technically successful and is of reference value.
