苏州河水闸工程大跨度箱形底板结构优化设计

摘    要:针对苏州河河口水闸工程中的大跨度箱形底板设计中遇到的困难,利用三维有限元对底板结构进行计算分析。建立了整体三维有限元模型,通过分析初步计算结果指出本工程底板不宜采用预应力配筋方案。而后将底板从整体模型中抽取出来建立模型,对外侧板厚度、填充混凝土长度及横隔舱室的数量对底板应力水平的影响进行了计算分析,得到这3个参数的最优取值范围。两个模型的计算结果均说明优化后方案在不增加底板自重的情况下极大地降低了应力水平。

Abstract:The three-dimensional finite element method was used to solve some key problems in the design of the box floor in Suzhou River Estuarine Lock project. A three-dimensional finite element model of the whole structure was established, and the initial computational results indicate that the prestressed reinforced concrete scheme is not proper for the project. Then a simplified model was established for the box floor extracted from the whole model. A series of adjustments and analyses were carried out in this model to look for the optimization design. The comparison of the optimization scheme with the initial scheme indicated that the optimization could reduce the stress of the structure significantly without increasing the weight of the box floor.
