带拉杆的平板设计

摘    要:压力容器上的平板结构的强度计算通常依据国家标准《钢制压力容器》,采用这一标;隹计算的平板较厚,加大了材料消耗和设备的重量。如果采用美国标准《ASME锅炉及压力容器规范》设计计算,将平板设计成带有拉杆的平板,计算出的平板厚度更小,更节省材料,传热速度更快,热效率更高。

Abstract:The Intensity of the flat-panel structures on the pressure vessels are often calculated based on the country standards"Steel Pressure Vessels", using the standard to calculat the flat-panel is very thick, and Increase consumption of materials and equipment weight. If using American standard "ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Norm"to design and calculat, a fiat-panel will be designed as a fiat-panel with pull-rod, so that the calculated plate thickness is quite smaller and save materials.
