PC构件产线钢筋网成型移送缓存装备研制

摘    要:针对预制混凝土PC构件传统生产线依靠人工绑扎或单一机械成型设备成型网片以及需要人工转运投放网片至模台所造成的占用空间大、效率低等问题,研制PC构件产线钢筋网成型移送缓存装备。整套装备主要由钢筋网成型装备、钢筋网移送装备和钢筋网缓存装备组成,运用CREO软件设计整套装备结构,利用三一控制器构建自动控制系统,通过PC构件生产中央控制系统和钢筋网片作业控制系统数字化驱动生产线,实现钢筋从原材料成型为钢筋网片、网片放置到模台的全流程高品质PC构件智能化生产。测试结果表明:相对传统生产需用2人钢筋下料、4人钢筋绑扎搬运,该装备成型投放单个模台所需网片用人为0人,用时12 min,作业效率提高了3倍,并具有结构紧凑、生产网片质量好的特点,为PC构件全自动生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of taking up large space, low efficiency caused by the traditional production line of precast concrete PC components, which relied on manual binding or forming machine to make mesh, and manual transfer and delivery of mesh to the formwork platform, the equipment for forming, transferring and buffering of steel mesh in PC component production line was developed.This set of equipment was mainly composed of forming equipment,transfer equipment and buffering equipment. CREO software was used to design the whole equipment structure, and Sany controller was used to build the automatic control system.Through PC production central control system and control system of steel mesh operation digitally driving production line,the whole process high quality PC component intelligent production was realized with automatic welding of mesh from raw materials and automatic placement of mesh to form work platform.The results show that compared with traditional production, which needs two steel blanking workers and four steel binding porters, the mesh required for the molding and placing of a single mold platform in this research equipment is 0 people, which takes 12 min, and the efficiency is increased by 3 times. It has the characteristics of compact structure and good quality of production mesh, which lays foundation for full automatic production of PC components.
