快刀伺服装置动力学建模与仿真分析

摘    要:以研究快刀伺服加工振动特性、使设计的快刀伺服装置具有良好动态性能为目的,基于子结构法运用拉格朗日理论建立快刀伺服装置的理论动力学模型。采用Maple软件与ADAMS仿真软件对理论动力学模型进行数值计算和仿真模拟,验证所建立模型的准确性,为快刀伺服装置设计与动态特性分析奠定基础。对刀具与工件系统进行动力学建模分析,分析其动态特性。完成了快刀伺服控制系统结构设计与实验平台的搭建。

Abstract:In order to study the vibration characteristics of fast tool servo(FTS) and make the designed fast tool servo device have good dynamic performance,a theoretical dynamic model of fast tool servo was established based on substructure method and Lagrange theory.Using Maple software and ADAMS simulation software,the theoretical dynamic model was numerically calculated and simulated to verify the accuracy of the model,which lied a foundation for the design and dynamic characteristics analysis of the fast tool servo.The dynamic modeling and analysis of tool and workpiece system were carried out,and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The structure design and experimental platform of FTS control system were completed.
