| 摘 要： | 针对乌鲁木齐市复杂的配网结构和频繁停电倒负荷操作,开发了乌鲁木齐市配电网合环倒负荷安全分析系统。该系统将图形与数据库有效连接起来,使调度人员能够从图形上直接查询电网的相关信息,而且提供合环计算分析功能。通过拓扑分析,可以根据实时网络形成合环分析计算图,在接入SCADA实时系统后,可以采集实时监测数据进行合环分析计算,实时快速准确地辅助调度人员作出合环决策,具有工程应用参考价值。
